Voorkant art-journal

Ik heb de voorkant van mijn art-journal veranderd. Het zwarte Moleskine-boek heeft nu een mooie gekleurde voorkant. Ik ben begonnen met het aanbrengen van structuur met een medium. Daarna heb ik verschillende kleuren acrylverf direct uit de tube op de voorkant aangebracht en deze uitgesmeerd. Vervolgens tekst uit tijdschriften geknipt en met Modge Pod bevestigd, net als het kanten randje. Nog een extra laag modge pod ter bescherming aangebracht en zie hier het resultaat...

I coloured the front of my art-journal. The black Moleskine-journal has now happy colours. I started with a gelmedium to add structure. After that I applied different kinds of acrylic paint directly on the cover and used a brush to devide it across the front. Then I searched for the text in magazines and glued it with modge pod. The lace border is also glued with modge pod. An extra layer of modge pod to protect the cover and this is the result...

Wat betreft DZP (day zero project)heb ik weer een nieuw doel behaald: een stageplek vinden (#68) en vandaag heb ik flink gewandeld (10 km), dus het totaal aantal stappen is flink toegenomen.

As far as DZP (day zero project): another goal accomplished, find an internship (#68). Today I made a long walk (10 km), so my step count is rising quickly.
